Customer satisfaction puts Drayton on top of the world!
Wolverhampton dealership Drayton has been announced as Chrysler's best performing retailer in the world* for looking after its customers when buying a car.
Michael Manley, Executive Vice President - International Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Chrysler LLC, presented the prestigious accolade to Dealer Principal Matthew Harris at a conference in Florida, which Matthew was attending as part of Chrysler's 'Ambassadors' programme. To win the Customer Satisfaction Index Award for Sales, which is based on the feedback of motorists who have bought a car, Drayton topped a field of approximately 1,600 Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealerships from almost every corner of the planet. Although already a leading dealership in the UK for keeping its customers happy, Matthew explained that the global recognition for the Penn Road outlet came as something of a surprise. He said: "I really didn't know we were in the running to pick up this award, so it was quite a shock when our name was announced! "However, customer satisfaction has always been a priority and this result recognises the efforts of our hard working team." Drayton Group Chairman Ken Forbes added: "My congratulations go to Matthew and his colleagues who have proven themselves to be world beaters for looking after their customers. "I also know that they will not rest on their laurels and will continue to raise their standards to maintain their position as one of the best Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealerships in the world."
